The simplest way is to choose a template you like and tap on it. This will take you to the editing mode, where you can add your photos and videos, as well as change the text using the buttons in the bottom menu.

A more advanced way is to tap the “+” button in the bottom menu. This gives you the option to choose the format and background, and, if needed, select a template. From there, you can add photos, videos, text, and effects just the way you like.

Choose Carousel to create a carousel from scratch: pick a background, then select the format (Square, Post, 3x4, 4:3, or 3:2) and the number of pages (from 1 to 10). You don’t need a subscription to start a carousel, but some backgrounds and templates are available with Pro.
