Go to Instories -> Bottom Menu -> Templates. At the top, you’ll find the search bar and your saved templates (the bookmark icon). Search suggestions appear right under the field as you type. Below are template groups and collections — tap a collection to see all its templates.
Tap the filters icon to open all filters at once: Template type (for example, Story, Reel, or Carousel), Format (the aspect ratio: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, or 16:9), Template category (for example, Live Wallpaper), and niches and aesthetics grouped into All, Business, and Lifestyle. You can combine filters.
Filters work for AI tools too: AI tools that match the selected niche stay in the search results. Filters by aesthetics, format, text, music, or duration show templates only.
By default, templates are sorted by Popular. Choose New to see the latest templates first.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the Explore, AI Trends, Templates, and Projects tabs to find templates by keyword.
👉 Please Note: Reels templates are available only in the 9:16 format, so they won’t appear if you select only 1:1 or 4:5.
