You see this notification in the pull-down bar at the top of your screen because the app most likely has a process running (for example, creating a video with AI).
How to turn the app off:
Open the Settings on your phone.
Go to Notifications.
Select the Instories app.
Open Show Notifications and turn off Lock Screen to disable background notifications.
