Repayment happens automatically on payday! The payouts you've taken are sent to payroll and the deductions are processed by payroll on your payday.

Here are some frequently asked questions about repayments.

Why was my repayment deducted earlier than shown in the app?

While deductions are automatic, note that the "On or before" repayment date shown in the app is an estimate.

As with all estimates, this is not 100% accurate. Repayments may be deducted either on or before the estimated date shown in your app.

As ZayZoon only provides access to a portion of your earnings, you'll still have a good amount on payday. We recommend checking your Account Activity page for a breakdown.

If you notice deductions for payouts you don't recognize, please report this to a live agent of the ZayZoon Customer Care team through chat or at support@zayzoon.com.

Why did you take more money this repayment period?

Repayments are automatically deducted from your paycheck to provide more flexibility without the need to worry about repayment schedules.

However, each payroll system has distinct certain cut-off periods and calculations in the system, so the amounts may vary depending on when you took your payout.

Rest assured that as ZayZoon only provides access to a portion of your paycheck, regardless of the deduction, you'll still have a good amount on payday!

Why did you not take repayments from my paycheck?

You may have requested a payout before or after a certain cut-off period in the system's calculation for pay periods.

Repayments will automatically be deducted from the next paycheck instead.

If your account has become Overdue because of repayments, you may be able to repay the Overdue amount.
