Impact Hub uses a unified login experience shared with Apricot. If you have an existing Apricot account, you can log in to Impact Hub using the same credentials β no separate account setup required.
Before you log in
Keep these things in mind before getting started:
Impact Hub and Apricot share the same login. Use your Apricot email address and password to sign in.
If you have a Nonprofit Hub account, you can use those credentials to log in to Impact Hub instead.
You must have an accepted seat in at least one Apricot Connection to view or create resources in Impact Hub.
If your Impact Hub account was created before April 22, 2026, you may see an error when logging in for the first time. Follow the password reset steps below to resolve it.
How to log in
Step 1: Go to Impact Hub
Navigate to https://reporting.bonterra.network/.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Enter the email address associated with your Apricot account.
Enter your Apricot password.
Select Next.
Note: Use the same email address registered in Apricot. Using a different address will prevent a successful login.
Step 3: Access Impact Hub
After successful authentication, you'll land on the Impact Hub home screen.
Accounts created before April 22, 2026 β password reset may be required
On April 22, Impact Hub moved to the same secure login used by Apricot. If you receive an error when logging in for the first time after that date, reset your password using the steps below. Once reset, you'll use the same email and password to access both Apricot and Impact Hub.
To reset your password:
On the Impact Hub login screen, select Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your Impact Hub account.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email to set a new password.
Return to https://reporting.bonterra.network/ and log in with your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting
Before you try again, check the following:
Are you using your Apricot email address? Impact Hub and Apricot share a login. The email must match what's registered in your Apricot account.
Do you have an active Apricot account? Impact Hub access requires an existing Apricot account. If you're not sure, contact your Apricot administrator.
Was your account created before April 22, 2026? If so, you may need to reset your password before you can log in. See the section above for steps.
Are you a Nonprofit Hub user? Confirm you're entering the correct email and password for your Nonprofit Hub account.
If you're still having trouble:
Seeing an error after entering your credentials? If your account predates April 22, 2026, use the Forgot password? flow to reset your password and try again.
Not receiving the password reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. Reset emails come from a BonterraTech.com address and may be filtered by some email clients.
Logged in but can't see any data or reports? Successful login doesn't automatically grant data access. Confirm you have an accepted seat in at least one Apricot Connection, or contact your Impact Hub administrator.
Reset your password but still can't log in? Confirm the email you used during the reset matches your Apricot account email. If the issue persists, contact Support.
