Our secure system reviews it – Automated checks confirm that the ID is valid, unaltered, and not expired.
Face verification (if required): You may be asked to take a quick selfie to confirm the ID belongs to you.
Approval: If everything matches, your account will be verified and you’ll be able to continue (e.g. redeem prizes).
Additional steps (rare): If the photo is unclear or doesn’t match, we may request another picture or additional documentation.
Verification is usually completed quickly, but in some cases may take longer if manual review is needed.
