Why my account verification is under review or in pending status?

Learn why your verification may still be pending and what to expect during the review process.

When you submit your account verification (KYC) documents, your status may show as under review or pending. This is normal and usually means one of the following:

  • Document review in progress: Our system and compliance team are checking the ID, address, or payment details you submitted.

  • Image quality issues: If the documents are blurry, expired, cropped, or unclear, they may take longer to verify.

  • Additional checks required: In some cases, we may need extra information to confirm your identity, such as proof of address or a different form of ID.

  • High review volume: At times of high demand, verification reviews can take slightly longer than usual.

What to do

  • Make sure your documents are valid, clear, and match your account details.

  • If your verification has been pending for more than the expected timeframe (typically 24–72 hours), contact our support team for an update.

Important

Your account remains secure during this process. Once verification is approved, you’ll have full access to all features, including prize redemptions.
