Primary Role: Business Administrator

Where: Admin Portal
🧭Before You Start (Important)
Inline edits apply immediately to live user accounts
Use inline edits for single-user, low-risk changes only
For standardized or multi-user updates, use Bulk Update Users
🎯Why This Matters
Inline editing allows Business Administrators to make quick, targeted updates without the risk associated with bulk actions.
This approach:
Reduces risk when changing a single user
Avoids unintended changes to other users
Applies updates immediately for faster resolution
⏱️When to Do This
Updating a single field for one user
Correcting name, contact, or language information
Making one-off adjustments that should not affect other users
🛠️Steps: Edit a User In-Line
Open the User Management tab in the ANVL Admin Portal.
Use search or filters to locate the user.
Click directly into the editable field you want to change.
Update the value.
Select Save to apply the change or Cancel to discard it.
Wait for the updates to process. You will see a small window for each user pop up in the right-hand corner. Wait for the pop-ups to stop.
Verify changes were successful in the Successful Submissions table.
→ Follow the steps in Verify User Update Results & Resolve Errors
Click Refresh or refresh the browser page.
Confirm changes were successful.
Force log out affected users if Group access was removed or changes must apply immediately.
