When you split an order into more than 4 installments with Anyday, a one-time fee is charged at the time of purchase. If you later return your order - in full or in part - you may be eligible to have this fee refunded, either fully or partially, depending on your situation.
When is the one-time fee refunded automatically?
If the merchant processes a full refund in their system within 28 days of your purchase being completed, your one-time fee is refunded automatically. You don't need to do anything.
The 28-day window gives merchants time to process returns - since standard return periods are typically up to 14 days, this allows extra processing time on the merchant's side. |
What if I only returned part of my order?
If you return part of your order and the merchant processes the refund within 28 days, the one-time fee is always partially refunded - proportional to the value of the items you returned. This amount is automatically deducted from your remaining installment plan, so you will see it reflected there rather than as a separate payout.
What if my return was processed late by the merchant?
We understand that merchants don't always process returns quickly. If the merchant took longer than 28 days to process your refund, but you can document that you shipped the item back within 14 days of your purchase (for example, with a shipping receipt or tracking number showing the dispatch date), you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund of the one-time fee.
To request this, please contact Anyday support and provide:
Proof of shipment (e.g. a tracking number or receipt showing the item was sent back within 14 days)
Details of your order
What if the merchant refunded me directly to my card?
In some cases, a merchant may issue a refund directly to your payment card rather than through the Anyday system. If this has happened, your Anyday payment plan may still be active and the one-time fee may not have been automatically refunded.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact Anyday support. We can help sort this out and review whether a refund of the one-time fee applies to your case.
What if my refund came more than 28 days after the purchase?
If your order was refunded after the 28-day window and you are not able to provide documentation of an early return shipment, you may still be eligible for a partial refund of the one-time fee. The amount is calculated based on the period during which the credit was actually in use.
Please reach out to Anyday support to discuss your situation.
