To access the Retention Report, select Reports from your left-hand menu.

The report will appear under the Insights header.


📊 What the report shows

Average, longest, and shortest tenure at the company

Employee retention is displayed in a chart format by number and years with the company. Listing the Average, Longest and Shortest tenures.

Staff retention by department

You can view Retention by department to better understand how departments are impacted.

Data is displayed in a chart format, highlighting how many departments are above and below average...

Length of tenure for each employee

There is a comprehensive list of each employee at the bottom of the report detailing the employee, department, role, start and end dates and their total tenure with the company. The reason for leaving is also supplied.

This report's data can also be downloaded in CSV table format by selecting the Download CSV button...


Calendar year filter

It is possible to filter the report results by previous calendar years using the filter button at the top right of the page, selecting the year and pressing Apply filter.
