Enable international address support for office-side jobs and the customer web form.

International (Non-US) Address Support

If your moving company operates outside the United States, Chariot supports international addresses for both office-side jobs and the customer web form.


Enable International Addresses

There are two separate settings to turn on, depending on where you need international address support.

Office Side

  1. Go to Settings → General → Lead/Job Configuration

  2. Toggle on Allow non-US addresses

  3. Save

Once enabled, you can toggle on international addresses for any job location on the office side of Chariot.

Web Form (Customer-Facing)

  1. Go to Settings → General → Web Form Configuration

  2. Toggle on Allow non-US addresses on web form

  3. Save

This allows customers to enter international addresses when submitting a quote request through your Chariot web form.


Adding an International Address to a Job

Once the setting is enabled:

  1. Open any job and go to the Intake tab

  2. In the location section, toggle on the international address option

  3. Enter the address details


Summary

  • Two separate settings: one for office use, one for the web form

  • Both are found under Settings → General

  • Toggle international address support on per job once the setting is active
