Chariot gives you direct control over your estimate language. Bill of Lading language and required signature fields, however, need to be updated by Chariot Support. Here's the breakdown.

Bill of Lading language cannot currently be edited directly by customers. If you need changes to your BOL — whether it's updating terms, adding a new section, or including additional clauses — please reach out to Chariot Support and let us know specifically what you'd like changed.

We can configure any signature field on your Bill of Lading to be required before pre-move or post-move signatures can be collected. This ensures no step in the signing process gets skipped.

To request a required signature field, contact Chariot Support and let us know which field(s) you'd like enforced.
