Using LiveSwitch AI to Auto-Generate Inventory in Chariot

Skip manual entry — use LiveSwitch Lucky AI to build a full inventory from photos and videos, then import it directly into your job.

With the LiveSwitch AI Inventory integration, you can turn customer photos and videos into a complete moving inventory — automatically imported into Chariot. No manual entry, no guesswork.

This feature is powered by LiveSwitch's Lucky AI and works alongside your existing LiveSwitch + Chariot integration.


Prerequisites

Before using this feature, make sure you have:

  • An active LiveSwitch account (paid subscription)

  • LiveSwitch already connected to Chariot (Settings → Integrations)

  • Access to LiveSwitch Exchange

Setup

This is a one-time setup done from within LiveSwitch Exchange.

  1. In LiveSwitch, click "Add Moving Inventory to Chariot"

  2. Click Login

  3. Enter your Chariot domain — this is the part of your URL before .chariotmove.com
    Example: if your URL is yourcompany.chariotmove.com, enter yourcompany

  4. Re-enter your Chariot domain to confirm

  5. You're connected — the integration is ready to use


How It Works

Once set up, after a customer completes a video recording or live call via LiveSwitch:

  1. Open the session in LiveSwitch

  2. Run Lucky AI to generate an inventory report from the recorded content

  3. Click "Add Moving Inventory to Chariot" to import the results

  4. Open the job in Chariot — the inventory will be populated in the Inventory tab automatically
