Can't Log In? Start With the Error Message

The error message you're seeing points to the fix. Here's what each login error means and how to resolve it.

The quickest way to fix a login issue is to look at the error message on screen. Here's what each one means and what to do about it.

"Bad credentials"

This means the email or password you entered doesn't match what's on file.

  1. Double-check that you're entering the correct email address — the one associated with your Chariot account

  2. Re-enter your password carefully, keeping in mind that passwords are case-sensitive

  3. If you've confirmed both are correct and it's still failing, reset your password — click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the link in the reset email

  4. Once your password is reset, try logging in again

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact support and we'll look up the email on your account.

"You do not have access"

This usually means you're logging in at the wrong URL — not a credentials problem.

Every Chariot account has a client-specific URL that looks like:

yourclientname.chariotmove.com

If you're trying to log in at a generic URL, like chariot.chariotmove.com, your account won't be found and you'll see this error. Make sure you're using the URL Chariot provided during your onboarding.

If you don't know your URL, reach out to support at support@chariotmove.com or via the chat bubble and we'll send it to you.
