How to Update Your Password in Chariot
We know it can be challenging to keep track of all the passwords we use. To help make things easier, when you log into Chariot for the first time or you need to change your password, we've put together a short guide on how to update your password in Chariot.
Instructions
Resetting your password is easy to do:
Access Your Profile
Open the Chariot application on your device.
Locate and click on your name in the bottom left corner of the Chariot interface. This action will direct you to your user profile.
Entering Your Old Password
In your user profile, you will be prompted to enter your old password for security purposes. Type your old password into the provided field.
After entering your old password, click "Next" or "Continue" to proceed
Verify Your Identity
Once you've confirmed your old password, you will need to click on your name in the bottom left corner of Chariot once more.
You'll be asked to enter your old password again for identity verification. Type your old password once more and click "Next" or "Continue."
Creating a New Password
Following successful identity verification, you'll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
Carefully determine your new password, ensuring it complies with any password requirements or guidelines provided by Chariot.
Enter your newly chosen password into the "New Password" field.
Confirm Your New Password
To ensure accuracy and prevent typos, re-enter your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field.
Double-check that the new password matches the one you entered in the previous step.
Save Your Changes
Once you've successfully entered and confirmed your new password, click "Save" or "Change Password" to save your changes.
