Plus, this customisation flows through to your reports and Insights dashboard, giving you a complete, accurate picture when reviewing absences across the term or year. Here’s how to set it up:
Steps to Add Custom Absence Reasons
Go to Admin Settings
Navigate to Admin Settings and locate the ‘Reason for Absence List’ section.
Edit the List
Click on ‘Edit’ to make changes to the current list or add new Absence Reasons.
Add New Reasons
To add more absence reasons, click ‘Update Staff Reason for Absence List’. Then, enter the new absence reasons relevant to your school.
Save Your Changes
After adding the new reasons, click ‘Save’ to apply the updates.
