What is a CoachRx Storefront?

The CoachRx Storefront allows you to create a place to easily market and sell your products, services, and programs online.

Requirements

In order to use CoachRx Storefronts, you must have an active CoachRx subscription and be connected to Stripe.

Storefront Types

Organization: The organization storefront is the hub of your business. This is where you will tell the consumer who your business is, what it does, all products, programs, and services it offers, the coaches that are a part of it, FAQs, client testimonials, and contact information.

Coach: The coach storefront is used to promote an individual coach. This page has the same capabilities as the organization page but is meant to be used for an individual coach in an organization. Note: you can connect the coach page to the organization page in the Coaches section by inputting the coach page link.

How Storefronts Work with Clients

As long as you have the box to automatically create clients checked at the product level (under Payments in the Business Suite), a CoachRx client account will be created and a welcome email sent to the client. If a client already exists in your organization, the charge or subscription will be added to their account.

How Storefronts Work with Programs

Programs will be populated when it is chosen as a product offering on the organization or coach storefront but must be correctly set up and live in the Programs section. Programs will be automatically populated for both the coach and organization pages when programs are added as a product offering.

On the organization page, programs that have sales pages set up and set to live will be populated. On the coach page, programs that are assigned to that coach at the product level (under Payments in the Business Suite) will be populated.

Purchase Notifications

When someone purchases a product from your storefront, you will receive an email that tells you the product that was purchased, the purchaser's name, and their email address. You can also find all purchases in your payment activity feed.
