Changing Where Invoices Are Sent (Invoice Recipient Email)

How to change the email address where CoachRx invoices and receipts are sent, both for your own coach subscription and for invoices you send clients through Business Suite.

CoachRx sends two kinds of invoices: receipts for your own coach subscription (what you pay CoachRx) and invoices you send to clients through Business Suite. The recipient email is different for each, and so is how you change it.

Changing the Email for Your Coach Subscription Receipts

CoachRx sends your monthly subscription receipt to the email on your coach account. To change it:

  1. Log into CoachRx at app.coachrx.com.

  2. Click your profile avatar in the top right.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Update your email under Profile and save.

  5. The next subscription receipt sends to the new address.

Changing your account email also changes how you log in. If you want receipts to go to a separate accounting address without changing your login, contact support - we can configure a billing-only contact in Stripe for you.

Changing the Email Where a Client Receives Their Invoice

Client invoices in Business Suite send to the email on the client's CoachRx profile:

  1. Open the client's profile from your Roster.

  2. Go to the Profile tab.

  3. Update the Email field.

  4. Save.

  5. Future invoices and receipts go to the new email.

Setting the Recipient on a One-Off Invoice

When you create a one-time invoice in Business Suite, the recipient email defaults to the client's profile email. You can override it at creation time:

  1. Go to Business Suite - Invoices.

  2. Click New Invoice.

  3. Select the client.

  4. In the Send To field, enter a different email if needed.

  5. Complete the invoice and send.

Resending a Receipt to a Different Address

Need to forward a past receipt to your accountant or a business partner?

  1. Open Account Settings - Plan & Billing (for your coach subscription) or Business Suite - Invoices (for client invoices).

  2. Click the invoice to open the PDF.

  3. Download the PDF and forward it from your email client.
