Saved views are great way to organize the list of items in ForeSite. You can create multiple saved views to quickly find the items you are looking for.

You can make any change to the columns, such as adding new ones, reordering, or changing their size.

You can also use the filtering tools to keep the items you are interested in. You can add multiple filters and also use the advanced filters for more in depth sorting.

When you make these changes, you will get a small warning prompting you to save a new view, or update an existing one.

Click on the three dots next to the new saved view, click Rename, and enter an appropriate name.

These saved views are project specific, so what you create in this project will not be available on other projects.
