Go to your profile by tapping your photo in the top-left corner.
Scroll down until you see Help.
Tap Send us a message.
When initiating a chat, select the topic that best matches your question.

The in-app chat is the fastest and most secure way to get help with your Deblock account — whether it’s about bank transfers, card payments, card delivery, crypto transactions, referrals campaigns, or anything else.
📧 Can’t access the app or the chat?
If you’re unable to create your account or can’t log in, please email us at start@deblock.com, using the same email you used (or tried to use) to sign up.
For all other issues, and if you truly can’t access the in-app chat, you can reach us at support@deblock.com.
👥 Helping someone else?
For privacy and security reasons, we can only assist the account holder directly.
If a friend or family member needs help, please ask them to contact us from their own email or Deblock account.
