There are two ways to reset your password.
If you do not know the password anymore and are not logged in into the app you can click 'Forgot password' during log in.
If you are still logged in into your account, you can go to Settings ⚙️ - EEVEE account - Reset password.
In both cases an email will be sent to the registered email address which will contain a link to change your password.

You've probably heard this before: check your spam folder! 😉 Or the email address is not known to us.
