What if you were invited but don’t see your fleet?

Get help when you can not access your fleet with your account

If you are invited to join an EEVEE Business fleet but do not any information related to the company you work for chances are you did sign up with EEVEE Mobility using another email address than the one invited by the owner of the fleet.

How to verify?

  • Check on which email address you received the invitation to join the fleet

  • Check in the EEVEE app which email address was used to create your account

    • Go to Settings

    • Tap EEVEE Account

    • Check email address

If another email address was used you will need to log out and create a new account using the invited email address.

How to log out?

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap EEVEE Account

  • Tap the red button Logout

If the same email address was used, please contact us via the chat fuctionality in the app so we can look into this.
