Can I Create a Flexible Single-Day Ticket That's Valid for 1 Year?

Yes, it’s possible to set your ticket to expire one year after the purchase date and allow it to be used only once. Follow these steps to enable this option:

  1. Navigate to your event and click on Event Settings.

  2. On the Event Settings page, click on the Check-in tab.

  3. Scroll down to Ticket Type Settings.

    • Check the box for Check-in is allowed at any time.

    • Set the Entrance/check-in limit to 1.

    • Check the box for This ticket expires after a certain number of days.

    • In the Expires in days after purchase field, enter 365 days.

Your ticket will expire exactly one year after the purchase date and can only be used once.
