Exsalerate records important information about the companies and people you and your team interact with to win and retain business.

To add a new company to Exsalerate click Add Company on the left side of your screen, and type in the company name

Add the details of the person you first engaged with including their title and level of decision making. A contact profile linked to Acme Corp is created for:

Bob Plummins, director & decision maker

Choose the sales phase Acme Corp occupies in the sales pipeline (leads)

Specify the 1st Activity you’ve executed (Scope Proposal) and enter notes that relate to that activity for future reference

Click Save and Exsalerate creates both the company/client (Acme Corp) and contact profile (Bob Plummins)

An activity window pops up to enable you to add more notes, click Done to complete the activity

A follow-up activity prompt appears, choose the type of activity you wish to schedule with Acme Corp then add any necessary notes and click Todo

The scheduled activity will now appear on your to-do list

A contact profile for Bob Plummins saves against the Company Profile along with the completed activity - scope proposal

As Bob is the decision maker, star the contact record so he appears on the right-hand side of the main company dashboard
