When you cancel your subscription, your student portal may still appear active because your subscription remains valid until the end of your current pay period.
Here’s what this means for you:
Once a subscription is paid, you keep full access to the student portal and all resources until the pay period ends, even if you cancel before then.
Access will automatically end once the current pay period expires.
No refunds or credits are issued for unused days within the pay period.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided for any days not used after you cancel.
Requests for refunds submitted more than 24 hours after the pay period has started will not be approved.
