Where do I find the reporting features?

You have a number of reporting features and functions within your platform. These reporting features help keep your setting on track. To find these features:

  • Click on Reports in your sidebar to see the combined reports page, or

  • Use the 5 icons in the left-hand sidebar to navigate to each report within a specific section


Lists:

Found under the 'Reports' icon by clicking on Custom lists, the lists function allows you to gather groups of children, and filter for specific information about them (the most common uses being for allergies/contact information). To find out more about lists click below:


The Occupancy Report:

Found under the 'Reports' icon, the 'Occupancy Report' shows daily, weekly, or monthly percentages of attendance and FTE (Full Time Equivalent) details for each of your age groups or rooms. To find out more about the Occupancy Report, click below:


The Attendance Report:

Found under the 'Attendance' icon, the 'Attendance Report' stores the details about the children's attendance in your setting. This includes check in and out times, holidays, and days of sickness. You can see the details for the entire setting, a single class or a single child. To find out more about the Attendance Report, click below:


The Famly Report:

Found under the 'Reports' icon, the Famly report is a simple tool that allows you to see which Parents and Employees are not using Famly. To find out more about the Famly Report, click below:


Staffing:

Found under the 'Attendance' icon, you can use this feature to see your staff member's working hours (including their sign-in and out times), as well as registrations of sick days or holiday days, and see a general overview of working hours. To find out more about Staffing, click below:


In-app Payments:

Setting up in-app payments offers speedier payments for parents by debit card, credit card, and direct debit, directly in the app. Found under the 'Finances' icon, the in-app payments tab is where you can find an overview of the status of any pending payments, as well as any processing fees that you will have incurred. Exporting your data from Famly

  • Learning journeys can be downloaded in PDF format. You can do this from each child's Journey tab, on their profile

  • All financial reports can be exported as CSV from Finances, then Reports and Invoices

  • All child and staff data can be downloaded as a CSV or PDF via Custom Lists

  • All photos can be downloaded by parents (if photo download is turned on in your account) at any time

  • Accident reports can be downloaded by going to Children β†’ Safeguarding β†’ Accidents, then clicking on Download as CSV

  • Custom registration form submissions can be exported via the Forms tab

  • Reach out to Famly (support@famly.co) any time for information on data packages
