You almost never need to change your APN (Access Point Name) settings for Firsty. Your phone usually configures them automatically when your eSIM installs — and on iPhone, they almost always stay correct without any action from you.
Occasionally, a phone can get confused between network settings — especially if you use more than one SIM line (for example, your regular SIM plus your Firsty eSIM). If you have tried the basics — data roaming is on, your Firsty line is selected for mobile data, and you have toggled Airplane Mode — and you still have no data on Android, checking your APN is a rare next step.

Which settings do I need?
Firsty can connect through different network profiles. Before you change anything, check which one your phone is using:
Open SIM Toolkit from your app drawer (on some phones it is called SIM Applications).
Look for Proximus or Singtel in the list of network profiles.
The profile your phone is currently using has an asterisk (*) next to it.
If you do not see SIM Toolkit, or only one profile is listed, use the Proximus settings below.
Use these values for your Firsty line:
Proximus profile
APN:
bicsapnUsername: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Singtel profile
APN:
e-ideasUsername:
65ideasPassword:
65ideas
Only enter one set of values at a time — the set that matches the profile with the asterisk in SIM Toolkit.
How to update APN on Android
Open Settings → Network & Internet (or Connections / Mobile networks).
Tap SIMs (or SIM cards / Dual SIM & eSIM).
Select your Firsty eSIM.
Tap Access Point Names (APN).
Edit the active APN, or tap + to add a new one, and enter the values from the table above.
Save, then select that APN as the active one.
Toggle Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off again.

iPhone (iOS)
On iPhone, you do not need to update APN settings in normal use. iOS applies the correct configuration for your Firsty eSIM automatically.
You can view them under Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular) → your Firsty eSIM → Mobile Data Network, but there is usually no reason to edit this screen. If data still is not working after data roaming and your other basic checks, see our Mobile Network Troubleshooting Guide (iOS) or contact support.
Still stuck?
If you have checked the settings above and still cannot connect, contact Firsty Support from the app. Tell us your device model, the country you are in, and the steps you have already tried.
