When Should I Reinstall My eSIM?
Reinstallation may help if:
– You accidentally deleted your eSIM
– Installation failed during setup
– The eSIM no longer appears after restart
Reinstallation does NOT fix:
– Slow internet speeds
– Data limits or throttling
– Coverage issues
If you are experiencing connectivity issues, troubleshoot first before deleting your eSIM.
Important: Before You Start
– You can delete and reinstall the same eSIM up to 3 times on the same device.
– Make sure your device supports eSIM.
– Ensure your device is carrier unlocked.
– Use a stable WiFi connection during installation.
– If your eSIM was deleted from your device, you can usually reinstall it using the same QR code on the same device, as long as it has not been transferred to another device or replaced.
– If the QR code no longer works, contact support to receive new installation details.
Method 1: Reinstall Through the Firsty App (Recommended)
Open the Firsty app

Method 2: Install Using a QR Code
You can install your eSIM by scanning a QR code.

Tap Add eSIM
Select Use QR Code
Scan the QR code
On Android:
Open Settings
Tap Connections
Tap SIM Manager
Tap Add eSIM
Select Scan QR Code
Where to find your QR code:
– The QR code is available inside the Firsty app
– If you cannot access it, request it from support

Choose Enter Details Manually
On Android:

Tap SIM Manager
Tap Add eSIM
Select Enter Activation Code
You will need:

Changing Devices
Firsty follows a strict 1 eSIM = 1 device policy.
An eSIM can only be installed on one device.
If you are transferring to a new phone:
You must purchase a new replacement eSIM (€0.90) through the support section of Firsty app.
Steps:
Delete the eSIM from your old device
Go to the support section of the Firsty app and purchase a replacement eSIM (€0.90)
Install the new eSIM on your new device
Deleting the eSIM from your old device does not make it reusable. A new eSIM is required for every device transfer.
When NOT to Delete Your eSIM
Avoid deleting your eSIM if:
– You only see “No Service”
– Your connection is slow
– You reached your data limit
– You are troubleshooting roaming or APN settings
Deleting unnecessarily may require purchasing a new eSIM.
eSIM Disappeared?
If your eSIM line is no longer visible in your device settings:
Step 1: Restart your device first.
A simple restart often restores the eSIM profile if it did not fully load.
If the eSIM is still missing after restarting:
– Follow the reinstallation steps below
– Or contact support for assistance
Do not immediately delete anything if you are unsure.
If you need assistance, contact support through the Firsty app, and we’ll guide you step by step
