The Messaging Window lets you set sending hours for your automated WhatsApp messages.
Outside these hours, no automated marketing message is sent to customers, across all campaigns and flows
👉 If the feature is turned off, no time restriction applies.
Turn on the Messaging Window
Turn on Enable Messaging Window to apply sending rules by day and by time.
The time zone used is the one selected at the top of the page (e.g. Europe/Paris).
Save your settings
Once your hours are set, click Save Schedule to apply the rules.
Best practices
Choose hours in line with your opening hours
Avoid sending very early in the morning (before 7 am) or late in the evening (from 10 pm)
