Campaign scheduling allows you to choose who will receive your WhatsApp messages, when they will be sent, and how they will be delivered. It is done in 3 key steps: Content → Audience → Review & Schedule.
1. Content – Create the Campaign Content
In this first step, you design the message that will be sent through the flow builder:
Write your WhatsApp message (text, buttons, media if needed).
Preview the message rendering.
Make sure the message complies with WhatsApp rules (opt-in, marketing category, etc.) and that all templates have been approved. If not, click "Submit" on each template.
👉 Once the content is validated, click Next.
2. Audience – Define the Target Audience
This step is mandatory: without an audience, the campaign cannot be sent.
Select the Audience
Choose an existing list or segment.
💡 CRM best practices:
Use segments based on tags, attributes, or behaviors.
The more targeted the audience, the better the performance and deliverability.
👉 Once the audience is selected, click Next.
3. Review & Schedule – Review and Schedule the Campaign
This is where you finalize the campaign.
📅 Choose the Sending Time
You have two options:
Send now: immediate sending
Schedule for later: schedule the campaign for a specific date and time
Fill in:
Date & time
Time zone (e.g. Europe/Paris)
⏱️ Enable pacing (optional)
Allows you to space out message sending (in minutes) to protect your quality score. Very useful for smoothing traffic and maintaining the quality of your WhatsApp number.
👥 Audience Review
In the summary panel, you will find:
The selected audience
WhatsApp Business Account information
A Risk Summary displayed at each activation (reminding you of the authorized sending limit)
💰 Estimated Cost
An estimate of the total campaign cost (WAX + META) is displayed.
Useful for anticipating the budget impact before sending.
4. Launch the Campaign 🚀
Before sending:
Review the content
Check the audience
Confirm the date and time
Then click Submit campaign to schedule or launch the campaign.
