Ask your AI assistant the right questions (MCP)

A simple method and ready-to-copy examples to analyze your results, build your automations and prepare your campaigns.

In short

With the MCP, you query your WAX data in plain language, as you would with a colleague. No need to know the WAX menus: the assistant fetches the numbers for you. This guide gives you a simple method and examples to copy.

The method: 4 ingredients for a good question

  1. The brand: "For brand X…" (useful if your account manages several).

  2. What you want to know: revenue, read rate, number of orders…

  3. The period: "in October", "over the last 30 days", "from November 1 to 15".

  4. The format: a number, a table, a chart, a summary.

Too vague

Precise

"How are my campaigns doing?"

"For brand X, rank my October campaigns by revenue, in a table with sends, read rate and orders."

Then keep going as in a conversation: "And in September?", "Make it a chart", "Which ones have the best click rate?"

Analyze your performance

  • "How much revenue did my automations generate last month?"

  • "What is my WhatsApp read rate over the last 30 days?"

  • "How many orders did my abandoned cart automation generate in October?"

  • "How many conversations did the AI Agent handle this week, and how many were handed over to the team?"

Compare your automations and campaigns

  • "Rank my September campaigns by revenue."

  • "Compare my September and October campaigns: sends, reads, clicks and orders."

  • "Which automation has been the most profitable since the start of the year?"

Prepare a report

  • "Give me a summary of my WhatsApp, RCS and SMS performance this quarter, as a table."

  • "Show how my revenue evolved week by week, as a chart."

  • "Write a 5-line summary of this month's results to send to my team."

Create or edit an automation

  • "Which automations are live right now?"

  • "Create a welcome automation that sends a 10% discount code to new subscribers."

  • "Add a reminder 24 hours after the first message of my abandoned cart automation."

Prepare a campaign

  • "What are my contact lists, and how many contacts does each one have?"

  • "Create a segment of customers who have already placed an order."

  • "Prepare a Black Friday WhatsApp campaign with 20% off the whole store, for this segment."

Work across several brands

  • "What are my WAX organizations?"

  • "For brand X, how much revenue did my campaigns generate this month?"

  • "Compare the WhatsApp read rate of brands X and Y in October."

Understand the numbers

  • Read rate: the share of sent messages that were read.

  • Attributed revenue: the value of orders placed after a customer read, clicked or interacted with a message, within your organization's attribution window. That's why it can differ from your store's total.

  • Currency: amounts are shown in your organization's currency.

Good habit

The assistant can get a period or a calculation wrong. Before sharing an important number, check it in WAX Analytics, or ask the assistant: "How did you calculate this number?"
