Manage Files is your workspace's shared media library — logos, marker icons, popup images, report graphics, and 3D models, all in one place and reusable across every project.
Uploading a file
Click New File, choose an image or 3D model, and give it a name.
For images, pick a size: Small for a logo or map marker, Medium for a popup image or app side panel, Large for report graphics.
Turn on Public URL to let anyone with the link download the file without logging in.
Don't enable Public URL on anything sensitive — anyone with the link can access it, no login required.
Finding a file
Search by name, and switch between Gallery and Columns view. The Date uploaded column shows when each file was added.
Editing a file
Click the pencil icon on a file to:
Rename it or edit its description
Replace its thumbnail or its underlying file
Add or remove tags
Share it with a user, team, or org (if you administer it)
Delete it (if you have edit or admin access)
Content pack files can't have their content replaced here — republish the pack instead.
