Big things are happening across Hauler Hero CRM at any given moment. To help, we’ve built out the Notification Center to help you keep track of it all!
You can access your Notification Center from the top-right corner of the Hauler Hero website app. It’ll be a bell icon next to the Settings gear icon.
💡 Before we dive in
The Notification Center is a brand new feature released mid-August 2026. On its release, we laid out its foundation and included its first notifiable event: successful customer/account deactivations.
In most scenarios, the deactivation process will go quick, often almost immediately. It’s when the customer in question has many locations (and if they’re on recurring services, many future work orders) where deactivation will take some time.
More notification types are on the way! If there’s something you’d love to see us track next, reach out and let us know.
Where is the Notification Center?
You can access it via the bell icon in the top-right corner of the Hauler Hero website app.
How do I view my Notifications?
Click the bell to see recent notifications.
Click “View All Notifications” to be taken to the Notification Center itself.
How do I set my Notification preferences?
You can set your Notification preferences via Settings > General Information > Notification Preferences.
What can I get Notifications for?
As of August 2026, we only support notifications for when you deactivate accounts.
More notification options will release in the near future!
