When an employee is no longer with your company, it is important to immediately revoke access to Hauler Hero by deactivating the employees account. This action will log the user out and prevent them from signing back in with that account.
This applies to both Office employees and Drivers.
To deactivate a user:
Select the 'Gear' settings icon in the upper right corner
Expand the 'Users' menu on the left hand side, select 'People'
Click on the user you need to deactivate to open the Edit User view
Click the deactivate icon in the upper right corner of the screen to deactivate the user
We DO NOT recommend you delete a route if a driver is deactivated. If your route name includes the deactivated employees name, we recommend renaming the route.
If you decide to delete a route due to a driver no loner being employed with your company, please note all stops will be moved to 'Unassigned'.
