Saving login credentials to Safari

For web users, not mobile app on Apple devices

The reason Safari isn't prompting you on Hauler Hero isn't actually a software bug. It happens because Hauler Hero is built as a single-page web application that requires JavaScript to dynamically load its fields. Safari often struggles to recognize these types of dynamically injected forms as standard "Login" fields, so the browser doesn't realize it needs to ask to save your password.

Because the software won't trigger the automatic pop-up, you will need to manually link the website to your password manager.

How to Manually Bind the Password to Hauler Hero

To force Safari to autofill your credentials on this specific page, map the exact login URL to your settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.

  2. Scroll down and tap Passwords (on newer iPadOS versions, this may be under Apps > Passwords). Authenticate with your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

  3. Tap the + (plus) icon in the top-right corner to add a new password.

  4. Fill out the fields exactly like this:

  • Website: go.haulerhero.com (This is the crucial step that tells Safari exactly where to display the password).

  • User Name: Your Hauler Hero login email.

  • Password: Your Hauler Hero password.

  1. Tap Done to save.

How to Log In Moving Forward

Once you save the credentials manually, return to the Hauler Hero Login Page:

  1. Tap the Email/Username field.

  2. Look directly above your iPad's keyboard. You should see a prompt showing your saved Hauler Hero account.

  3. Tap that prompt to instantly autofill your information.

(Note: If you use the "Sign in with Google", "Microsoft", or "Facebook" buttons on their page instead of an email/password combination, your credentials are handled by those external services directly, meaning Safari won't prompt you to save a separate password for Hauler Hero).
