Your clients are the people you track in Homsie — your book of business. Each client can have one or more properties, and Homsie keeps their home values, equity, and growth up to date so you always know where they stand.
The client list
Open Clients under Portfolio to see everyone you track.
Owner — the team member a client is assigned to.
Status — a client marked Pending hasn't claimed their portal yet; they've been added but haven't set up their account. Even though they haven't created an account under your portal, they will still get monthly valuation emails automatically; clients do not need to create an account in order to get monthly valuation emails.
Tabs let you filter the list:
All Clients — everyone.
Needs Review — clients with a valuation waiting for you to review and approve.
Pending Invite — clients who haven't claimed their portal yet.
On Market — clients who currently have a property listed on the market (detected from the MLS, whether or not they listed with you). See "The On Market tab."
Portfolio metrics
Scroll the list to the right to see each client's portfolio at a glance:
Phone / Email — contact details.
Properties — how many homes you track for that client. A marker on the count flags that one of their properties needs review.
Total Equity — estimated equity across their properties (green when up, red when down. Total equity is based on purchase price vs what the property is worth today, Homsie does not factor in mortgage data at this time).
Total Volume — the total estimated value of their properties.
Growth — how their value has changed over time.
All clients vs Lists
The toggle at the top switches between your full client list and your Lists — groups of clients created when you import from a CSV or a connected CRM.
The client detail page
Click a client (or the arrow at the end of their row) to open their detail page. The top shows who the client is assigned to and a summary of their portfolio — number of properties, total equity, total volume, and how many items need your review. Below, each of their properties is listed, with anything that needs attention flagged. From here you can review a valuation, download a CMA, and manage the client's properties.
