The plans
Foundation: $75/month, or $62/month billed yearly (save $150 a year). 1 user and up to 200 properties.
Momentum (recommended): $149/month, or $124/month billed yearly (save $298 a year). 2 users and up to 500 properties.
Scale: $499/month, or $415/month billed yearly (save $998 a year). 6 users and up to 1,500 properties.
All prices are in USD, plus HST.

Need more room?
You can grow any plan without upgrading:
Extra users: $20/month each.
Property packs: 100 more properties for $50/month, prorated for the rest of your billing period.
When you reach your limit while creating a CMA or importing clients, Homsie offers to add a pack or upgrade your plan.
⚠️ Important: your plan's property limit includes every property on your account. When you're at the limit, new landing page leads are still captured, but their property isn't added until you make room.
Manage your plan
Go to Settings → Plan & usage to see how many properties and seats you're using.
Upgrade plan: opens a modal in Homsie. Pick a higher plan, confirm, and the upgrade takes effect right away. We'll charge the prorated difference to your card on file.
Buy packs: add 100 more properties at a time without changing plans.
Manage plan or Manage billing: opens Stripe in a new tab, where you can update your payment method, download invoices or cancel your subscription.
To move to a lower plan, contact us. Downgrades aren't available in the Stripe portal.
