There was an issue with public GIS basemap services not working in all projects. The issue affected all previous builds of Tobe Builder, and as such this build replaces all previous builds which may fail to load public GIS services.

Custom GIS services on ArcGIS Online, or on private ArcGIS Portal servers are not affected.

Minor Bugs:

Fixed Error with corrupt resource keyframes preventing export of sequences.

To Update to the latest version of ToBe Builder you can either download and run the installer or download, extract and run ToBe directly from the zip archive file if you do not have local admin permission on your PC.
