For: Employees
If you leave your job, your Jolly account is closed on your employer's side, but what happens to your points depends on whether you'd already claimed them.
Points you've already claimed
These are already in your Wallet balance and stay usable for a period of time after your account is deactivated - but that window varies by employer and isn't unlimited. The safest approach: redeem or spend your balance before your last day, rather than assuming you'll be able to come back to it later.
Points still sitting in your Inbox, unclaimed
These are not carried over. If your account closes before you've claimed them, they're returned to your employer, the same as if Jolly Day had passed.
What to do before you go
Open your Inbox and claim anything waiting for you.
Spend your Wallet balance in the Shop if there's anything you want.
Do this before your last working day if you can - once your account is deactivated, you may not be able to log back in to do either.
If your account is closed before you finish
Contact support as soon as possible. We can tell you what's still available, though we can't guarantee anything unclaimed can be recovered once an account has closed.
Coming back later
If you're rehired by the same employer, ask your new manager to have you re-enrolled rather than added as a brand-new record - that's what keeps your history and any restored points tied to the right account.
