Create a tracking ticket

Tracking allows you to trace and manage ongoing actions on a construction site or an intervention — snags, non-conformities, open points.

It allows you to:

  • Create tasks or control points linked to a project or a client

  • Track their status (open, in progress, closed)

  • Assign responsibility (who handles what)

  • Attach supporting documents (photos, PDF minutes)

  • Keep a history of exchanges between field and office teams

First, you will need to complete the configuration that suits you. Feel free to consult our dedicated tutorial.

Management by construction site

In each of your construction sites, you will find a "tracking" tab that will allow you to create your tickets very easily and to view the ones currently in progress.

To create a ticket, simply click the + in the top right corner:

Next, you must select the type (by default, the first one in the list appears).

At a minimum, you will need to fill in the ticket title (for example, a short summary of the issue encountered on the construction site).

The description field allows for a more comprehensive explanation.

You can enter a priority based on the urgency of the matter, and then a Severity if you have included it in your configuration.

The "Location" field allows you to be more specific about where the issue is (e.g.: a room, a building, etc.)

We recommend selecting a person in charge to ensure the ticket is followed up on.

You have a choice of 3 options:

Person: a user of your account

Company: an external service provider (subcontractor)

Team: A group of several people gathered under a team

Depending on your choice, the list on the right will adjust accordingly:

Finally, you can choose a deadline, which will allow you to manage any potential delays.

Ticket creation can also be done via the mobile application. Simply go to the construction site and select the "Tracking" tab, where you will find the "+" sign to create a ticket.
