Why is my account suspended?

If your account has been suspended, please note that you won't be able to place a new order until this has been lifted.

Your account could be suspended for a number of reasons:

1) Overdue payments: As soon as you pay any overdue amounts, your account will be automatically reinstated (This may be subject to our Terms and Conditions).

2) You have a deferral or hardship relief in place: Once all of your current orders have been paid in full, please reach out to our team and we will review your account.

3) Your account is not active. If you have been requested to verify your address, and have not done so within the stated time period, your account may have been suspended or is currently under review. Please send us a message if you are unsure.

4) You haven't used your account in a while: Please send us a message and include your phone number & address on your account.

5) None of the above: Please send us a message and include your phone number & address on your account.

Once we get this information, we can work on getting your account reactivated and back shopping in no time.
