Why is my account suspended?

Account isn't active? We can take care of that.

There are several reasons that your account may be suspended, and no new orders will be able to be placed until the suspension is lifted.

Overdue payments

The most common reason that accounts are suspended is due to overdue payments. Double check your account to ensure that all of your instalments are up to date as this may be causing the suspension.

Deferral/Hardship

If you’ve currently got a deferral on your account, or are on a hardship plan with us, your account will be suspended. Once your account is brought up to date, get in touch with our team and we can review this further.

Incomplete Application

If you have been requested to verify your address, and have not done so within the stated time period, your account may have been suspended or is currently under review. If you’re unsure, please contact our team and we can help you further with this.

Inactive Account

If you’ve not used your account in a while, it is likely that we have suspended this as a measure of caution. We’d be happy to review this further. Just flick us a message so we can look into this for you.
