Thank you for choosing easyPoints.

This article will explain the steps required before utilizing the app.
Please read this prior to app usage.



1. Did you choose your plan and install easyPoints?

Have you successfully installed the app from the Shopify app store?

Additionally, have you selected a suitable plan after installation?

Selecting the right plan for your store depends on your active customer count, so please take your time and consider this decision carefully, before selecting a plan.

Your current plan can be viewed from the settings > plan page in the easyPoints app page.

2. Make sure you have selected either the widget or the custom integration.

Three ways of using easyPoints is by widget, app block or the custom integration and you will need to select which to use after installation. (This can be changed anytime but the change may require our setup.)

Have you made your selection? Have you completed the necessary settings?

Widget: Is the widget active on the store?

App block: Have you inserted the blocks where you want them?

Theme integration: Have you contacted our support team? Have you tested it?

3. Have you set the point settings to fit your desires?

Have you set the amount of points customers gain per purchase, the expiration date, or the fulfillment delay?

You are able to set point rules to align with your preferences.

4. Have you activated and optimized the settings for any features you would like to implement?

Certain free features are available based on your selected plan. Consider adjusting your plan or purchasing specific features to meet your expectations.

Some features require our assistance for setup.

5. Have you tested out all of the features?

Have you tested the basic point system and its features? Please make sure to make a test account and place test orders to make sure easyPoints is operating smoothly. If there are any problems or if the system functions differently from your preferences, please contact us.
