Please first make sure your Shopify store is connected to your Klaviyo account, and easyPoints is installed in your Shopify store. Refer to the following document for instruction on how to connect your store with Klaviyo.
Setting up easyPoints
Once your store is connected with Klaviyo, please follow the steps listed below to complete the setup for easyPoints.
Download the easyPoints app from the Klaviyo app marketplace.
Open the plugin page inside the easyPoints admin and click connect
Check the displayed access scope and allow
once allowed, the connection will be established, and easyPoints will start sending point information and events to your connected Klaviyo account.
