SMTP mailboxes
We integrate with every tool that can connect a mailbox via IMAP and SMTP details.
On the Email accounts page, click Export accounts (top right) and choose Download all accounts as CSV — or tick the mailboxes you need and choose Download selected accounts as CSV. The file contains everything needed to connect, including passwords. Bulk-upload it in your tool; if the tool expects different column names, rename the columns to match its sample CSV.
If your tool does not support bulk upload of a CSV, enter the IMAP and SMTP details from the file manually.
Additional note for Lemlist: when adding mailboxes one by one on Lemlist using details from the CSV file, set SSL enabled on IMAP and disabled on SMTP.
Instantly: export errors ("temporarily not supported" / status code 422)
The Add … Google accounts to Sequencer options in the Export accounts menu are for Google Workspace mailboxes only. If you see "Provider maildoso is temporarily not supported", use the CSV method for your SMTP mailboxes: Export accounts → Download all accounts as CSV (or Download selected accounts as CSV) and bulk-upload that CSV in Instantly. This is the supported way to connect SMTP mailboxes.
"Request failed with status code 422" is a different error, and it usually does not mean the mailbox failed to be created. It is normally a temporary IMAP validation issue that we correct automatically on our side. Check that the affected addresses show as Active on your Email accounts page, then wait a little while and import again using a freshly exported CSV. Adding those mailboxes one by one, or changing SSL settings, will not work around a 422. It is also normal for only some rows to fail while the rest import fine. A 422 can also mean your subscription has expired or you're over your plan's limit — renewing so it covers all your mailboxes clears the error. Full details: Connecting your mailboxes to Instantly.
Google Workspace mailboxes
Important: Google Workspace mailboxes are not connected via IMAP/SMTP or CSV import. If you try to add them by IMAP you will see errors such as "IMAP host/port missing" followed by "Google authentication fails" — that is expected, because Google mailboxes use a different connection flow. Connect them as follows:
1. Connect your sequencer to Maildoso. Click your account email (top right) → Settings → Sequencers for GW tab (direct link: app.maildoso.com/settings/sequencers). Available tools: Plusvibe, Emailbison, Instantly, ReachInbox, Warmy.io, Manyreach and Smartlead. Click Configure on your tool and fill in the required fields. For Instantly and Smartlead, Configure uses your sequencer login email + password; the Workspace Name / API Key / Consent URL fields are optional. An "Error creating sequencer / adding accounts" usually means a wrong login or 2FA, not a missing API key.
2. Send your mailboxes to it. Open Email accounts, filter by Provider = Google if needed, tick the Google Workspace mailboxes, then click Export accounts → Add selected Google accounts to Sequencer (or Add all Google accounts to Sequencer) and choose the tool.
The Latest Sequencer column on the Email accounts page then shows the result of the last export for each Google Workspace mailbox (you can filter it by Completed, Failed or No export). The connection runs in the background and usually completes within about an hour; provider-side delays can occasionally push it to 24 hours.
