Need a different mix of mailboxes and domains than you currently have — for example moving to a combined Google Workspace + domains setup, or fixing a plan you booked by mistake? Here's how to make the change.
Changes you can make yourself
To add more mailboxes, go to Accounts → Add more email accounts in your dashboard.
When adding mailboxes, you can choose the Google Workspace or SMTP option and select the domain for each.
Custom plans we set up for you
Some setups can't always be purchased as an exact split directly in the dashboard — for example "15 Google Workspace mailboxes + 6 domains, with no SMTP." For these, we'll adjust your plan for you. Just contact us with:
Your account email.
The number of Google Workspace mailboxes you want.
The number of SMTP mailboxes you want (if any).
The number of domains you need, and whether each domain should be used for Google or SMTP.
Once your plan allowance is updated, you can create the new mailboxes under Accounts → Add more email accounts.
Good to know
Each domain can be used for either Google Workspace or SMTP — not both at the same time.
