Refund eligibility
Refunds are available only under our 30-day new-customer guarantee: you can request a refund within 30 days of your first payment if the product turns out not to be the right fit. This window is tied to your first payment and does not reset when you renew, upgrade, or change plans.
Domain registration costs are non-refundable ($15 per domain), as domains are purchased on your behalf at the time of order. An eligible refund is your subscription amount minus those domain costs and minus any time already used.
Google Workspace charges are non-refundable at any time. Google Workspace fees are paid directly to Google, so they fall outside our refund guarantee.
After the first 30 days
Once you are past 30 days from your first payment, subscription charges are non-refundable. You agree to this when you accept our Terms of Service at checkout.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Stripe emails you a reminder 7 days before and 1 day before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime before the renewal date from your billing page or by contacting us. A renewal that wasn't cancelled in time is not refundable, so please cancel ahead of your renewal date if you don't want to continue.
Cancelling your subscription
A cancellation needs to be in place before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. There is no instant one-click cancel toggle in the dashboard today — contact us and we'll set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current period and confirm it back to you. You keep access until the period ends and won't be charged again. If you have more than one subscription, tell us whether to cancel all of them.
If the product isn't a fit
If you're running into a setup issue, please contact us before requesting a refund — in many cases we can get you up and running quickly. We'll always do our best to make things right.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Open a chat or email us from the address on your account.
Let us know whether you'd like to cancel, request a refund, or both, and which order it relates to.
We'll confirm what's eligible and the amount, and take care of it for you.
Avoiding duplicate charges
Each checkout creates its own Stripe record, so repeat purchases can appear as separate charges. If you think you may have been charged more than once or are on overlapping plans, tell us — we'll review your order and make sure you're only paying for the plan you actually want.
