Refund eligibility
Refunds are available only under our 30-day new-customer guarantee: you can request a refund within 30 days of your first payment if the product turns out not to be the right fit. This window is tied to your first payment and does not reset when you renew, upgrade, or change plans.
Domain registration costs are non-refundable ($12 per domain), as domains are purchased on your behalf at the time of order. An eligible refund is your subscription amount minus those domain costs and minus any time already used.
Google Workspace charges are non-refundable at any time. Google Workspace fees are paid directly to Google, so they fall outside our refund guarantee. Google Workspace or mailboxes cannot be purchased directly through maildoso. Instead, users seeking mailbox solutions can opt for SMTP mailboxes, which are available for purchase on the platform.
After the first 30 days
Once you are past 30 days from your first payment, subscription charges are non-refundable. You agree to this when you accept our Terms of Service at checkout.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Stripe emails you a reminder 7 days before and 1 day before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime before the renewal date from your billing page or by contacting us. A renewal that wasn't cancelled in time is not refundable, so please cancel ahead of your renewal date if you don't want to continue.
Cancelling your subscription
A cancellation needs to be in place before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can cancel it yourself from your dashboard:
Go to Subscriptions in your dashboard.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Manage — this opens your billing portal.
Click Cancel subscription next to that plan and confirm.
If you have more than one subscription (for example separate Maildoso and Google Workspace/domain bundles), each has its own Cancel subscription button in the billing portal — cancel each one you want to stop. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again after that. If you'd rather we do it for you, or you're not sure which subscription(s) to cancel, contact us and we'll take care of it.
If the product isn't a fit
If you're running into a setup issue, please contact us before requesting a refund — in many cases we can get you up and running quickly. We'll always do our best to make things right.
How to request a refund
To cancel, use the self-serve steps above. For a refund request, open a chat or email us from the address on your account.
Let us know which order it relates to.
We'll confirm what's eligible and the amount, and take care of it for you.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Each checkout creates its own Stripe record, so repeat purchases can appear as separate charges. If you think you may have been charged more than once — including being charged twice for the same domains, or an annual domain charge that recurred monthly — tell us and we'll review your order. Genuine duplicate or accidental charges (domains included) are refunded: we cancel the extra charge and refund it, or apply it as credit toward your next payment if you prefer, and make sure you're only paying for the plan you actually want. This is separate from the 30-day guarantee above — a duplicate charge is corrected whenever it happened, not only within the first 30 days.
