Yes, we offer monthly plans. You choose how to buy on the Packages & Add-ons page (left menu of your dashboard, or Get more in the top bar), which has two options at the top: the Custom plan — a flexible monthly plan — or Packages — ready-made bundles, available as Monthly packages or Quarterly (legacy) packages with domains included.
SMTP mailbox pricing (Custom plan)
Standard SMTP mailboxes (shown as Maildoso accounts in your dashboard) are priced per mailbox, per month. The rate depends on how many Maildoso accounts are in your subscription — the more you have, the lower the rate:
0–29 mailboxes: $2.80 per mailbox / month
30–299 mailboxes: $2.50 per mailbox / month
300–999 mailboxes: $0.75 per mailbox / month
1,000+ mailboxes: $0.50 per mailbox / month
This is volume pricing: whichever tier your total falls into sets the rate for all of your SMTP mailboxes, not just the ones above a threshold. For example, 30 mailboxes cost $75/month, 100 mailboxes $250/month and 300 mailboxes $225/month (300 × $0.75), before tax. On the Custom plan you set the number of Maildoso accounts and domains with the + / − counters on each card; the tier table at the top of the page highlights your current tier, and the Maildoso accounts card shows how many more mailboxes unlock the next rate (for example "10 more to unlock $2.50"). If adding mailboxes moves you into a new tier and you're unsure how that affects your current billing cycle, contact us and we'll confirm.
Minimums and maximums
Minimum mailbox purchase: 10 mailboxes at a time — for a new plan or an add-on, for both SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes.
Smallest Custom plan: 10 Maildoso accounts and 1 domain.
Maximum: no upper cap — the Custom plan scales as high as you need. For very large setups, contact us for a tailored quote.
Domains and pre-warmed domains
Domains on the Custom plan and Monthly packages are purchased separately at $15 per domain per year (fixed price, no volume discount; minimum 1). See Understanding your bill: mailbox plans vs. domain charges.
Pre-warmed domains (beta) are $11.99 per domain per month, billed as a separate monthly subscription and not using your regular domain limit. The price covers the domain only; mailboxes on it are billed at the normal rates above. See Pre-warmed domains (beta).
Domain planning: we recommend 20–50 SMTP mailboxes per domain, and up to 99 is fine — for 100 mailboxes plan for around 2–5 domains, for 300 mailboxes around 6–15. Keep your primary business and website domains separate from outreach domains. See What are the best practices for configuring domains?
Packages (fixed-size bundles)
Select Packages at the top of the page to see bundles at a fixed mailbox count. Every package includes self-healing mailboxes, IP rotation, CAPTCHA domain protection, mailbox reputation measurements, API and MCP access, a 30-day money-back guarantee and free deliverability audits.
Monthly packages
30 mailboxes — $2.50/mailbox, $75/mo in total
300 mailboxes — $0.75/mailbox, $225/mo in total
1,000 mailboxes — $0.49/mailbox, $499/mo in total
Domains aren't included in Monthly packages and are purchased separately, same as on the Custom plan.
Quarterly packages (legacy)
Quarterly packages are a legacy plan type — still available and fully supported — and include a set number of domains at no extra cost:
32 mailboxes — $3.10/mailbox, $299/quarter (~$99/mo), 8 domains included
68 mailboxes — $2.40/mailbox, $499/quarter (~$166/mo), 17 domains included
400 mailboxes — $1.80/mailbox, $2,199/quarter (~$733/mo), 100 domains included
Because they bundle domains in, the per-mailbox rate is higher — compare total cost, not just the per-mailbox price.
Billing cycles and payment linkage
SMTP mailboxes are billed monthly (quarterly on legacy packages), starting immediately when you subscribe.
Switching an existing subscription from quarterly to monthly billing (or between packages) isn't self-serve — contact us. The change takes effect from the start of your next billing period; on the monthly Custom plan the domain fee is charged one year after the start of the new plan. To link your payment to your Maildoso account, use your Maildoso login email as the contact email at Stripe checkout. If you pay with a different email, the subscription lands on a separate account record — see Paid but your subscription isn't showing?
Which price applies if numbers differ
If the price in your dashboard doesn't match one on our website or in an older quote, the Packages & Add-ons page in your dashboard is current — that's the price you pay at checkout. If our team gave you a special price or a payment link, or you're planning a larger setup, contact us before you buy and we'll make sure you're set up at the right rate. Mailbox plans and domains can be billed on different cycles, so a checkout total can look higher than the mailbox price on its own.
Sending limits
Mailboxes need a warmup period (about 14 days) before campaign sending. After that, each SMTP mailbox can send up to 15 campaign emails per day (including follow-ups) while warmup keeps running at 80/day. A mailbox is automatically deactivated if its total sending exceeds 100 emails per day. See What's the daily email limit per email account?
Google Workspace mailboxes
Google Workspace mailboxes are priced and billed on their own line and are still supported on plans that already include Google Workspace allotment — your existing plan and billing are unaffected. New or additional Google Workspace allotment is not currently available to purchase, so all new mailbox purchases are SMTP mailboxes.
