What is ProDispatch?

ProDispatch is MaverickRE’s Appointment Routing tool. It ensures leads are automatically matched to the right agents based on factors like area, price point, and specialty. By setting up routing rules in advance, you can be confident that every lead is sent to the best agent for the job.

In addition to routing leads, ProDispatch automatically creates an appointment for the assigned agent in Follow Up Boss, ensuring the appointment is logged and visible without any manual setup.

With ProDispatch, you can:

  • Route leads fairly and efficiently to the right agents

  • Customize routing rules by area, price, and specialty

  • Automatically create appointments for agents in Follow Up Boss

  • Track lead handouts and agent performance in real time

  • Improve conversion rates by connecting clients with the most qualified agents

Why It Matters

ProDispatch takes the guesswork out of lead assignment and appointment tracking. It helps managers save time, reduces missed opportunities, and ensures agents have scheduled appointments automatically created in Follow Up Boss—boosting both team performance and overall conversion.

*Activation Requirement*

ProDispatch must be activated by your Client Success Manager (CSM) before it can begin routing leads and creating appointments in FUB.
