What does 'Sign' do in Mailouts?

Sign lets a user confirm that have seen the Mailout, so that there is a record of when they saw the info and when they acknowledged

The ‘sign’ box means users are required to agree/sign the document after viewing it in the app. 

  • Managers can see when a document has been viewed and signed via the Mailout Summary page

  • Reminders can be sent to users via the dashboard for those that have not viewed/signed the Document

  • The document or message will keep appearing until the user agrees

How do I enable this?

During Mailout creation, tick the 'document requires signature' before saving your template.
