The ‘sign’ box means users are required to agree/sign the document after viewing it in the app.
Managers can see when a document has been viewed and signed via the Mailout Summary page
Reminders can be sent to users via the dashboard for those that have not viewed/signed the Document
The document or message will keep appearing until the user agrees
How do I enable this?
During Mailout creation, tick the 'document requires signature' before saving your template.
