Password issues
I can't remember my password:
From the login screen, select "Forgot Password."
Enter your registered email address.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Note: If you don't receive the email, ensure you've registered previously. If not, use your invite link or register directly.
I reset my password but didn't receive the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Double-check that you entered the correct email address during the reset process.
Wait a few minutes, as emails can sometimes be delayed.
If you still don't receive it, contact our support team.
Registration Issues:
"Phone number already registered" error:
This means your phone number is already associated with an existing Med App account.
If you have an existing account, try logging in with your registered email and password.
If you have forgotten those credentials, follow the forgotten password instructions.
If you believe this is an error, contact our support team.
"Email address already registered" error:
Similar to the phone number error, your email is already linked to an account.
Attempt to log in using your password.
If you have forgotten those credentials, follow the forgotten password instructions.
If you believe this is an error, contact our support team.
"Incorrect email address" during initial registration:
Unfortunately, if you registered with an incorrect email, you will not receive the password reset email. Contact our support team, and they will help you correct the issue.
General Error Messages:
Note the exact error message.
Try closing and reopening the app.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
If the problem persists, contact our support team with the error message.
Initial Invitation Issues:
Invited by Hospital Administrator:
Ensure that you are using the correct invite link provided by your administrator. This will come as an SMS from Med App.
If you have already registered, attempt to log in with your email and password.
Self Registration:
Ensure that you are entering all of your information correctly.
Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
Getting Help:
During Registration:
If you encounter an error during registration, a prompt will appear to message our support team. Please use this feature for immediate assistance.
Logged-In Users:
Use the "Feedback" button under the "More" tab in the app.
